I’ve been storing at AAA Storage Manchaca for two months and it’s been seamless from the day I rented. I arrived just as they closed and was helped anyway. Today I received a text letting me know my storage was past due and realized I’d used a card I recently had to replace, so I needed to update my payment method. When I logged in, I found no late fees, which is likely in the contract but was still a relief. The cost is competitive, and being less than 5 miles from I-35 in far south Austin, technically Manchaca, it’s far enough out to feel safe and less hectic, but close enough to be very convenient. I’ve rented at several Extra Space locations, as well as CubeSmart and Public Storage, and was always put in an inconvenient spot, on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and had to enter multiple codes just to get in, making access a hassle. That’s not the case here. They only have ground-floor units, and the gate code is more than enough for security since the manager lives on-site. The apps and codes at other companies never deterred theft and could get sketchy after dark, so I highly recommend AAA Storage in Manchaca for anyone looking for an easy, secure, and convenient experience.
