If I could give Theresa more than 5 stars , I would . She earned it. Her professionalism and customer service was beyond expectations. I arrived on Easter weekend, Saturday and she was off that day and the office closed. She agreed a few days prior to meet me at the place to get me signed in and set up. Then the weather turned bad for our assigned time . So we moved it ,she was beyond accomodating so we did not have to unload in rain. And this was on her day off on a Holiday weekend! World class customer service. The facilities are new, first class with wide driveways that allow for a big truck or trailer to make the turns with no issue. I highly recommend this facility and these managers.

Just signed on for a unit today and I’m happy already Theresa is awesome 10 stars for sure. Goodbye Extra Space they are absolutely horrible and definitely non customer service. AAA Storage Rocks.
