Very smooth and relaxing experience. I have high Anxiety and am juggling 15 things at once while not knowing where all of my stuff is. I inquired onlilne, receieved a call and it went to voicemail (of course) and then I receieved a text and were able to establish a string of communication, add in google docs and within 48 hours I had been assigned a unit with a code to get in the gate, a code to get into the building and a code for my lock. And the cherry on top is the cute little welcome bag with little goodies (I LOVE my screwdriver/pen/stylus/level lol!) Really great! My ONLY complaint is if you want access to your stuff after 9:00PM, it's an extra $50. Ontop of the monthly price of the unit. I handle paperwork for various people in need and I am still sorting through our belongings, which I would like to do at night (sense of calmness/peace when you know where something is) but cannot afford an extra $50. But SUPER low stress and easily guided process.
