Local Partners Program "Fine Print"

Who Can Join: Individuals, businesses, and organizations located within the designated service areas of AAA Storage. Must be at least 18 years old.
Exclusions: Current employees of AAA Storage, immediate family members of employees, and any affiliates or subsidiaries of AAA Storage are not eligible to participate.

How to Join the LPP: Local Partner requests must be submitted through the designated referral portal with complete contact details of the prospective Partner, including name, phone number, and email address.
Tracking Referrals: Each referral must include the partner’s name or business name to be correctly attributed. Referrals without this information may not be eligible for compensation.

Referral Fee: Partners will earn $100 for each new tenant who successfully leases a storage unit and completes a minimum of two full months of rent payments. The referral fee will be paid once the referred tenant has paid two full months of rent, regardless of any move-in specials they may have received. For example, if a tenant receives a "get 2 months at 50% off" offer, the Partner will be paid after the third payment, which will be at the full rental rate.
Unit Rentals: Compensation remains at $100 per tenant regardless of the number of storage units they rent. Whether the referred tenant rents one or multiple units, the Partner will receive one referral fee per tenant.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed and disbursed by the 10th day of the month following the tenant’s completion of two full months of rent payments. The payment will be made once the third payment (at the full rental rate) has been processed.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via check or direct deposit, based on the Partner’s preference and the provided payment information.

Duration: Referrals are valid for 90 days from the date of submission. If the referred tenant does not move in within this period, the referral will be considered expired.
Exclusivity: Each referral is eligible for compensation only once. If multiple partners refer the same tenant, only the first valid referral will be eligible for payment.

Accuracy of Information: Partners must provide accurate and truthful information about AAA Storage and its services. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the program.
Referral Tracking: AAA Storage reserves the right to verify all referrals and tenant moves. If discrepancies are found, the referral may be deemed invalid.
Program Changes: AAA Storage reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to partners through official channels.

Data Protection: Partners must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling referral information. Personal data must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the program.
Non-Disclosure: Partners agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to AAA Storage or the program.

Voluntary Termination: Partners can opt out of the program at any time by notifying AAA Storage in writing.
Involuntary Termination: AAA Storage reserves the right to terminate a partner’s participation in the program for violations of the program rules, fraudulent activities, or unethical behavior.

Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from the program should be addressed in writing to AAA Storage’s program administrator. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
Legal Jurisdiction: This program is governed by the laws of the state where AAA Storage operates. Any legal actions must be conducted in the state’s jurisdiction.

Limitations: AAA Storage is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to referrals or payments.
Indemnification: Partners agree to indemnify and hold AAA Storage harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.
